Use of This Site

This Site is provided for the purpose of learning about our brokerage, warehousing, and dedicated trucking services, requesting rates, submitting carrier setup information, and contacting our team. Content on this Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding rate quote or contract — shipments are governed by the applicable Broker-Carrier Agreement, Broker-Shipper Agreement, and Shipment/Rate Confirmation issued for that load.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

All American Logistics offers text (SMS) communication as an optional, one-to-one way for our team to reach carriers, shippers, and customers about active shipments, load details, appointment scheduling, and account matters. This program is not used for marketing, promotions, or automated bulk messaging.

Opt-in: You opt in by providing your mobile number to an All American Logistics employee, or by submitting a form on this Site and agreeing to receive SMS communications regarding your shipment, load, or account.
Message frequency: Varies based on your active shipments and account activity.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers: We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages resulting from your mobile carrier's network, device, or account settings.

No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
